OUR PARTNERS
Working Together. Reaching Further.
One World Relief delivers much of its work directly on the ground, but we also believe strongly in collaboration.
We work with charities, businesses, professionals and supporters who bring experience, skills, resources and local knowledge to the work we do.
Direct Delivery · Trusted Collaboration · Shared Expertise · Independent Oversight
Working Together on the Ground
We don’t see humanitarian organisations as competitors. Where working together helps people more effectively, we’re happy to share knowledge, resources and responsibility. We have delivered projects on behalf of partner organisations, supported their distributions and worked collectively on humanitarian programmes.
Green Crescent Aid
Humanitarian Partner
Working together on humanitarian projects and distributions, combining our respective teams and capabilities where collaboration strengthens delivery.
Revive Humanity
Humanitarian Partner
OWR has delivered projects on behalf of Revive Humanity and worked alongside their team to support humanitarian projects and distributions.
Revive Mankind
Humanitarian Partner
OWR has executed projects on behalf of Revive Mankind and worked collectively to support projects and distributions on the ground.
Expertise That Helped Us Grow
Some of our most valuable support has come from people sharing their professional skills — often pro bono — while also teaching our own volunteers how to do more ourselves.
Wasl Social
Digital Strategy & Charity Support
Wasl Social has been one of OWR’s most important partners, helping develop and manage our social-media strategy, platforms, branding and digital presence.
Their involvement goes beyond digital support. They have also supported the charity directly and helped with charitable programmes and activities.
We’re extremely grateful to Sohail Yakoub and the Wasl Social team for their continued commitment to OWR.
Element Software
Web Development & Training
Iqbal Ibrahim and the Element Software team have extensively supported our website development pro bono while training OWR volunteers to manage and develop more of the website ourselves.
We’re extremely grateful for their expertise and would happily recommend them to others.
Coderstreak
Website Development & Training
Ibrahim at Coderstreak generously supported our website development pro bono and spent valuable time training our team to understand and develop the website ourselves.
That knowledge has remained invaluable as OWR has grown. Dubai, UAE.
Almond Tree Consulting
Charity Governance & Development
Julian Lomas supported OWR during its formative stages with charity registration, governance, policies and organisational development — through both professional and generous pro bono support.
His experience and practical guidance were invaluable, and we’re very happy to recommend him.
They Backed Us at the Beginning
National Car Hub
Founding Supporter
National Car Hub and members of their team supported OWR when we were just getting started. They provided seed funding, alongside pro bono time, guidance and practical support as we began developing the charity’s structures and systems.
We’re grateful they placed their trust in us at such an early stage, and we genuinely wish their business continued success.
We’re proud to support people who supported us.
Not Everyone Wants Their Name on the Page
Businesses have provided grants. Professionals have donated their time. Companies and individuals have helped with services, costs, introductions and problems behind the scenes.
Some prefer to remain unnamed — but their contribution still matters. To every business, professional and supporter who has helped OWR along the way: thank you.
Fundraising Starts With People
Individuals, families, students, businesses and informal teams have raised funds, sponsored projects and encouraged their communities to get involved. Some help once. Others stay with us project after project.
We’re grateful to every person and team fundraising alongside us.
EXPERIENCE BEHIND OWR
Years of Volunteering Before One World Relief
OWR may be a relatively young charity. The experience behind it isn’t.
Before One World Relief was established, members of our founding team and volunteers had already spent years giving their time across charities, community organisations and humanitarian work. We learned from what worked well, recognised things we wanted to do differently, and brought those lessons into the way OWR operates today.
One Nation · SKT Welfare · Muslim Hands · Islamic Relief · Oxfam · Age UK · Jigsaw · Muslims in Need · & others
These organisations are listed only to acknowledge previous volunteering experience among members of the OWR team. This does not imply a current partnership, endorsement or organisational affiliation with One World Relief.
OUR APPROACH TO PARTNERSHIP
Collaboration, Not Competition.
There is more than enough work for all of us.
We don’t believe every project has to carry our name or every good idea has to belong to us. If another organisation is better placed to do something, we’re happy to support them. If we can help another organisation deliver, we’re happy to talk.
What matters is responsible, transparent work that genuinely benefits the people it is intended to support.
Could We Achieve Something Together?
We welcome conversations with charities, businesses, professionals, funders and community groups.
Whether you have expertise to share, want to support our work, need help delivering something on the ground or simply have an idea worth discussing — we’d like to hear from you.
