What is Gift Aid?

Gift Aid allows One World Relief to claim an extra 25p for every £1 you donate—at no extra cost to you. To qualify, you must be a UK taxpayer and have paid enough Income and/or Capital Gains Tax to cover all Gift Aid claimed on your donations in that tax year.

Once you give permission, we handle the claim automatically. Higher-rate taxpayers can claim the difference between the basic rate claimed by One World Relief and the rate they actually pay—contact your tax office for details.
